What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for diverse, senior, and niche non-technical roles.
  • Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies to build deep pipelines in competitive global markets.
  • Partner with executive leadership to advise on talent strategy, organizational design, and market intelligence.
  • Drive standardization and continuous improvement of global recruitment workflows and compliance.
  • Analyze recruiting KPIs and performance data to optimize hiring efficiency and report to leadership.
  • Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives across global sourcing and interview processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience covering diverse functions like Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations.
  • Proven expertise in managing high-volume, multi-regional requisitions simultaneously.
  • Deep knowledge of sophisticated sourcing tools and digital platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience navigating international labor laws and global compensation structures.
  • Strong consultative skills to advise senior business leaders on talent acquisition strategies.
  • Proficiency in optimizing and maintaining Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for data integrity.
