What you will do
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for senior and niche non-technical roles across global functions including Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
- Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies to build deep pipelines of passive candidates in competitive international markets.
- Partner with executive leaders and hiring managers to define roles, provide market insights, and advise on talent strategies.
- Drive standardization and continuous improvement of global recruiting workflows while ensuring regional compliance.
- Track and report on key recruitment performance indicators to leadership for continuous optimization.
- Embed Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion principles into all sourcing and interview practices.
Requirements
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across diverse functional areas.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, multi-regional requisitions while maintaining quality standards.
- Expertise in sophisticated sourcing methods across digital and professional networks.
- Experience navigating diverse global labor laws and compensation structures.
- Strong advisory skills with the ability to influence senior business leaders.
- Proficiency in using and optimizing Applicant Tracking Systems for data integrity and process compliance.
