TL;DR

Talent Acquisition Specialist (European Markets): Managing end-to-end recruitment across European regions with an accent on sourcing strategy, stakeholder management, and data-driven hiring practices. Focus on building high-performing international teams and delivering an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Must be based in London, UK (On-site 5 days/week)

Compensation: £40k base + £15k OTE (£55k total)

What you will do

  • Partner with hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment across multiple European markets.
  • Proactively source, engage, and attract top talent across diverse geographies.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for priority and high-impact roles.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.
  • Use data and market insights to inform and optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on market dynamics and talent availability.

Requirements

  • Fluent English is required.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in a high-growth or international environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience hiring across multiple European markets is highly desirable.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Ability to work on-site 5 days a week in London.

Nice to have

  • Spanish language proficiency is highly preferred.
  • Additional European languages such as Italian or French.

Hiring process

  • Screening call (30 mins) with the Talent Team.
  • Skills interview (45 mins) with the Global Head of Talent.
  • Final stage (60 mins, in-person) with the People & Talent team involving a short task.
