TL;DR

Location: Must be based in London, UK (On-site 5 days/week)
Compensation: £40k base + £15k OTE (£55k total)

What you will do
- Partner with hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment across multiple European markets.
- Proactively source, engage, and attract top talent across diverse geographies.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for priority and high-impact roles.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.
- Use data and market insights to inform and optimize recruitment strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on market dynamics and talent availability.
Requirements
- Fluent English is required.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in a high-growth or international environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience hiring across multiple European markets is highly desirable.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Ability to work on-site 5 days a week in London.
Nice to have
- Spanish language proficiency is highly preferred.
- Additional European languages such as Italian or French.

- Skills interview (45 mins) with the Global Head of Talent.
- Final stage (60 mins, in-person) with the People & Talent team involving a short task.
