Talent Partner (AI): Building and scaling a high-performing recruitment function within a rapidly growing AI enterprise with an accent on developing robust recruitment infrastructure, ATS optimization, and data-driven hiring strategies. Focus on managing full-cycle recruitment, driving direct sourcing efforts, and partnering with internal stakeholders to support global scaling objectives.
Location: Must be based in London and work from the Head Office at least 3 days per week.

What you will do
- Establish best-in-class hiring frameworks, interview structures, and evaluation criteria.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for key roles while optimizing the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Directly source high-quality talent and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies.
- Define recruitment policies, SLAs, and performance metrics to standardize hiring practices globally.
- Partner with senior leadership to provide market insights, compensation benchmarking, and hiring strategy.
- Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes to enhance candidate and hiring manager experiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition within a SaaS or high-growth technology environment.
- Experience working in both agency and internal recruitment functions.
- Proven track record in building and scaling recruitment processes and infrastructure.
- Deep familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.
- Strong direct sourcing capability and experience managing external suppliers.
- Must be able to work from the London office at least 3 days per week.
