TL;DR

Talent Acquisition Specialist (HR/Recruiting): Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse technical and commercial roles with an accent on candidate sourcing, stakeholder management, and ATS operations. Focus on building high-quality talent pipelines, ensuring seamless candidate experience, and contributing to global employer branding initiatives.

Location: Must be based in London (On-site 5 days/week)

Salary: £40k base + £15k OTE (£55k total)

What you will do

  • Partner with Talent Partners and hiring managers to manage full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Source and engage high-quality candidates across technical and non-technical functions.
  • Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate complex interview scheduling across multiple global time zones.
  • Maintain data accuracy in the ATS and support recruitment operations.
  • Contribute to broader employer branding, candidate experience, and hiring initiatives.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
  • Strong sourcing capability and experience building pipelines.
  • Experience managing interview coordination and complex scheduling.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms.
  • Must be based in London and available for full-time on-site work.

  • Experience with international hiring.

Hiring process

  • 45-minute skills interview with the Global Head of Talent.
  • 60-minute final stage in-person interview with the team including a short task.
