Talent Acquisition Specialist (HR/Recruiting): Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse technical and commercial roles with an accent on candidate sourcing, stakeholder management, and ATS operations. Location: Must be based in London (On-site 5 days/week)
Salary: £40k base + £15k OTE (£55k total)

What you will do
- Partner with Talent Partners and hiring managers to manage full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Source and engage high-quality candidates across technical and non-technical functions.
- Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate complex interview scheduling across multiple global time zones.
- Maintain data accuracy in the ATS and support recruitment operations.
- Contribute to broader employer branding, candidate experience, and hiring initiatives.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
- Strong sourcing capability and experience building pipelines.
- Experience managing interview coordination and complex scheduling.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms.
- Must be based in London and available for full-time on-site work.

- 45-minute skills interview with the Global Head of Talent.
- 60-minute final stage in-person interview with the team including a short task.
