Location: Remote. Requires alignment with Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive prospecting and sales strategies to penetrate the LATAM enterprise market.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, from identification of ideal customers to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Partner with internal sales leadership to set priorities and define strategic revenue-focused decisions.
  • Collaborate with Business Development resources to ensure a consistent high-volume pipeline.
  • Effectively communicate the value of integrated ICM and CRM solutions to C-suite stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales with a proven track record of closing major deals.
  • Deep expertise in selling SaaS solutions to C-level executives.
  • Proven success in selling into large companies within the LATAM region.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong determination and customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience or familiarity with the ICM (Incentive Compensation Management) space.
  • Background in managing partner relationships with ISVs or GSIs.
