What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive prospecting and sales strategies to penetrate the LATAM enterprise market.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from identification of ideal customers to contract negotiation and closing.
- Partner with internal sales leadership to set priorities and define strategic revenue-focused decisions.
- Collaborate with Business Development resources to ensure a consistent high-volume pipeline.
- Effectively communicate the value of integrated ICM and CRM solutions to C-suite stakeholders.
Requirements
- Must be able to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales with a proven track record of closing major deals.
- Deep expertise in selling SaaS solutions to C-level executives.
- Proven success in selling into large companies within the LATAM region.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong determination and customer-centric approach.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
Nice to have
- Prior experience or familiarity with the ICM (Incentive Compensation Management) space.
- Background in managing partner relationships with ISVs or GSIs.
