TL;DR

Location: Must be able to work 4+ days per week in the office in Stratford, East London.

What you will do
- Own the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to closing and onboarding GP practices in a designated geographic patch.
- Create and implement high-impact outbound lead generation strategies including cold calling, email, and events.
- Deliver persuasive product demos with the goal of achieving high demo-to-sign conversion rates.
- Manage the CRM to ensure accurate tracking of pipeline, conversion, and growth metrics.
- Collaborate in pairs to foster peer learning and drive healthy team performance.
- Contribute to team processes and provide proactive reports on sales health and pipeline activity.
Requirements
- Must be able to work 4+ days per week in the office.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with a bias for action.
- High level of coachability and openness to receiving and acting on honest feedback.
- Outcome-driven mindset with the ability to own targets and manage complex sales cycles.
Nice to have
- Experience with sales tech stacks like Attio.
- Prior experience or deep understanding of the NHS or UK healthcare system.
