What you will do

  • Own outbound B2B sales across creators, agencies, and talent managers in the UK and Europe.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through outreach, networking, and in-person meetings.
  • Convert prospects into long-term, revenue-generating creator partnerships.
  • Represent hirify.global at industry events, meetings, and community activations in London.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Growth teams to align campaigns and messaging.
  • Track performance against targets and report clearly on pipeline, conversion, and revenue.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or commercial roles in tech, media, or the creator economy.
  • Comfortable selling directly to creators, agencies, and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong relationship builder with a consultative, commercial mindset.
  • Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
  • Clear, credible communicator with strong negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven and target-oriented, with ownership of results.
