TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (AI): Generating leads through targeted outbound prospecting and nurturing inbound leads, mastering the art of discovery to identify prospect pain points and articulate hirify.global's value. Focus on leveraging AI to prospect at scale and improve existing sales processes.

Location: Office-First with a hybrid touch, working together in vibrant offices on Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays in Vancouver, Toronto, or London.

Salary: CA$55K - CA$60K

What you will do

  • Generate leads through highly targeted outbound prospecting and nurturing inbound leads.
  • Lead introductory calls and master the art of discovery to identify prospect pain points.
  • Evaluate leading-edge sales technology and improve existing processes.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience with a history of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Relentless and self-driven with a proven record of growth and development.
  • Curious and keen to learn, constantly digging for answers and questioning improvements.
  • Tech-savvy early adopter willing to test new things to maximize outcomes.
