What you will do
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-impact team of Business Development Representatives.
- Design and execute multi-channel outbound strategies tailored for the EMEA market.
- Monitor lead-to-opportunity funnel health to ensure high-quality pipeline generation.
- Act as a strategic bridge between marketing and sales, providing real-time market feedback.
- Refine the BDR playbook, including tech-stack optimization and quota management.
- Maintain high standards for CRM hygiene and sales performance metrics.
Requirements
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment in a sales leadership capacity.
- Proven record of over-performing against aggressive sales targets.
- Strong analytical ability to manage conversion funnels and sales performance data.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills for live call and email optimization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment with a founder's mindset.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the UK.
