What you will do

  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-impact team of Business Development Representatives.
  • Design and execute multi-channel outbound strategies tailored for the EMEA market.
  • Monitor lead-to-opportunity funnel health to ensure high-quality pipeline generation.
  • Act as a strategic bridge between marketing and sales, providing real-time market feedback.
  • Refine the BDR playbook, including tech-stack optimization and quota management.
  • Maintain high standards for CRM hygiene and sales performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment in a sales leadership capacity.
  • Proven record of over-performing against aggressive sales targets.
  • Strong analytical ability to manage conversion funnels and sales performance data.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills for live call and email optimization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment with a founder's mindset.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the UK.
