Location: Must be based in or able to commute to the greater Boston, Massachusetts or Atlanta, Georgia area.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute outbound lead generation strategies to reach prospective banks and credit unions.
  • Utilize advanced research tools to identify and qualify potential leads for the sales team.
  • Coordinate with account executives to prepare for and book high-quality pitch meetings.
  • Conduct outreach via email, phone, and social channels to build meaningful connections with new prospects.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to implement effective prospect communication plans and ensure sales pipeline quality.
  • Contribute to team-wide best practices to innovate and improve the overall sales development framework.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Highly motivated to succeed individually and contribute to a rapidly growing company.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales or business development within a startup is a strong plus.
  • Must be located in or able to work from the Boston, MA or Atlanta, GA area.

Nice to have

  • Experience with sales technology stacks and CRM systems.
  • Strong understanding of the financial services or banking industry landscape.
