What you will do

  • Lead pipeline growth and top-of-funnel expansion across all institutional business lines.
  • Manage prospect pipelines in Salesforce with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Partner closely with sales reps and marketing stakeholders to qualify leads.
  • Deliver detailed reporting on sales progress and lead conversion metrics.
  • Communicate product value propositions effectively to early-stage prospects.
  • Share critical client and market feedback with product and engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the United States or Canada.
  • 3+ years of professional experience with at least 1 year in digital assets.
  • Proven track record in a BDR role within a Fintech or SaaS company.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end sales process.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical value.
  • Self-starter mindset with a strong drive to grow business in a competitive market.
