What you will do
- Ensure that qualified leads are prospected and schedule meetings with Account Executives.
- Qualify sales leads through calls, emails, texts, and social outreach.
- Pitch ’s partnership program by positioning relevant aspects of our product.
- Schedule a high volume of meetings with qualified leads through outbound outreach.
- Collect relevant information to set up Account Executives for success.
- Strategize with the Sales team to innovate and improve the overall efficiency of the sales processes.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a high-volume sales role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly articulate via phone, email, and face-to-face.
- Strong work ethic with the confidence to work autonomously.
- Receptive to constructive feedback and new sales strategies.
- Hungry for growth, have a strong desire to achieve excellence, and thrive in a competitive environment.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in a SaaS or fintech startup, accounting software or a neobank.
- Experience working with SMBs in North America.
- Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot or similar CRM tools.
- Proven track record in cold calling.
- Entrepreneurial experience (started your own business) or have worked in a family business.
