What you will do
- Act as the primary technical expert for sales prospects, providing deep product understanding and tailored technical demonstrations.
- Engage directly with customers to identify and understand their core product requirements and specific use cases.
- Manage large-scale content migrations and guide customers through the onboarding of technical features like Git sync and OpenAPI.
- Build custom integrations to unblock customer adoption and ensure technical success.
- Distill customer feedback into actionable insights for the product team to inform development priorities.
- Scale technical efforts by creating documentation, guides, and best-practice resources for a wider user base.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Europe (+/- 3 hours of Central European Time)
- 3-5 years of experience in client-facing technical roles, such as technical consulting or implementation support.
- Strong proficiency in API design principles (REST, Swagger, OAuth2) and OpenAPI specifications.
- Solid understanding of GitHub workflows and CI/CD pipeline integration.
- Proficiency in programming, specifically JavaScript or similar languages, for custom implementations.
- Language: Native English proficiency is required.
