TL;DR

Lead Solution Engineer (SaaS): Designing and demonstrating AI-first employee experience solutions for enterprise customers with an accent on ITSM, ITAM, and ESM platforms. Focus on bridging the gap between complex business challenges and technical product capabilities to drive enterprise sales.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in or be able to commute to the San Mateo Headquarters (3x/week, Tuesday-Thursday)

Salary: $143,565 – $177,345 USD per year

What you will do

• Collaborate with Enterprise customers to identify and resolve critical business challenges.
• Support sales cycles by conducting discovery calls and delivering high-impact product demonstrations.
• Gather and analyze requirements to clearly define and solve customer problems.
• Articulate the value proposition of hirify.global solutions to diverse stakeholder audiences.
• Evangelize the refreshing user experience offered by the hirify.global platform.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of Solution Engineering experience.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams to solve technical and business hurdles.
• Experience managing multiple deals simultaneously in a high-growth sales environment.
• Must be based in the US and able to work onsite in San Mateo 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience selling SaaS products to SLED or Manufacturing sectors.
• Experience with ITSM platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree.
