What you will do
- Define and execute the clinical marketing strategy for the neurovascular portfolio in alignment with commercial goals.
- Translate clinical trial data, real-world evidence, and outcomes into clear messaging for healthcare providers.
- Develop physician education materials, procedural guides, and clinical marketing tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Medical Affairs, R&D, and Sales to ensure consistent clinical differentiation.
- Drive product adoption during launches through evidence-based physician engagement strategies.
- Identify market adoption barriers and implement initiatives to increase procedural growth and utilization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with 7+ years of managerial experience (or 8+ years with an advanced degree).
- Proven experience in neurovascular, stroke, or interventional cardiology/radiology.
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at the time of hire and for the duration of employment.
- Strong ability to communicate complex scientific data to physicians and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to travel up to 40–50% for conferences and field engagement.
