Salary: $190,081–$211,201 per year (Total compensation package up to $317,881)

What you will do
- Develop and execute oncology product brand storytelling and align marketing calendars with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Sales to create integrated content.
- Conceptualize and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, and print media.
- Lead demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and increase the sales pipeline.
- Analyze campaign metrics to optimize performance, ROI, and marketing operations.
- Manage vendor relationships, agency partnerships, and marketing technology stack investments.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of leadership experience in brand and growth marketing within the healthcare space.
- Proven experience developing growth marketing strategies and launching end-to-end campaigns.
- Strong expertise in demand generation, field marketing, and multi-touch omni-channel experience.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
- Strong project management abilities to handle multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

- MBA or advanced degree in Marketing or Business.
