Location: Must be based in Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid: 4 days in office). Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

What you will do
- Lead business development initiatives to drive adoption of energy storage and digital solutions.
- Manage strategic customer relationships through the full commercial lifecycle.
- Structure transactions and quantify customer value using advanced modeling tools.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to craft comprehensive solutions.
- Maintain pipeline management and accurate forecasting within CRM systems.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and strategic forums.
Requirements
- 10+ years of technical sales or business development experience in energy or software.
- Proven track record of closing multi-million-dollar B2B or utility-scale transactions.
- Strong analytical capability, including value modeling and commercial structuring.
- Deep expertise regarding utilities, IPPs, and enterprise energy customers.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
- Exceptional negotiation and executive-level presentation skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with SaaS or digital optimization platforms.
- Knowledge of grid services and market design.
- Ability to in without authority in a global matrix organization.
- MBA or advanced degree.
