What you will do

• Develop and refine Nectar's positioning and messaging across different customer segments.
• Build and maintain competitive intelligence programs, creating battle cards and differentiation narratives for the sales team.
• Own product launches end-to-end, from positioning and naming to internal enablement and launch campaigns.
• Create sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and ROI calculators.
• Partner closely with the sales team to understand buyer personas, refine our ideal customer profile, and improve win rates.
• Synthesize customer feedback, competitive trends, and market insights to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Experience owning positioning and messaging for a product or product line.
• Strong experience partnering with sales teams to build sales enablement programs.
• Ability to conduct competitive analysis and translate insights into actionable positioning and strategy.
• Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling abilities.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and building new functions in a fast-moving startup.

Nice to have

• Experience in martech, social media platforms, or commerce-related software.
• Experience working at a company through a Series A or Series B growth phase.
• Experience launching AI-powered products or technical platforms.
• Background working closely with enterprise sales teams.
