TL;DR

VP Marketing (Medtech): Building and scaling a revenue-driven marketing engine for an AI-powered dental care platform with an accent on enterprise pipeline growth, category leadership, and go-to-market strategy. Focus on partnering with Sales and Product leadership to align messaging, optimize conversion metrics, and accelerate enterprise deal cycles.

Location: Must be based in the United States (Open to Hybrid/Remote, with hubs in NYC/Boston)

Salary: $230,000–$270,000

What you will do

  • Define and scale a revenue-driven demand generation engine across digital, field, and account-based channels.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to optimize funnel performance, deal velocity, and pipeline accountability.
  • Lead product marketing and positioning strategies to translate technical AI capabilities into clear clinical value.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing organization covering product, demand, brand, and operations.
  • Shape category definition and market presence to establish the product as the leader in AI-powered dental care.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to align commercial strategy with long-term growth objectives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Proven experience scaling marketing for startups from early traction through Series B or C stages.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise or vertical SaaS with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Strong analytical background with experience in revenue operations and funnel metrics.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify participation required).

Nice to have

  • Background in healthcare, AI, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Experience marketing directly to clinicians, providers, or large healthcare systems.
  • Track record of category creation in emerging technology spaces.
