What you will do

• Execute and scale affiliate marketing strategies to support growth objectives.
• Recruit and onboard high-quality affiliate partners aligned with the mission.
• Maintain strong partner relationships and provide ongoing performance support.
• Analyze conversion rates, CAC, and LTV to optimize campaign performance.
• Negotiate commission structures and partnership agreements while ensuring compliance.
• Collaborate with Paid Marketing, Creative, Data, and PR teams to align strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of affiliate marketing experience in high-growth, direct-to-consumer environments.
• Proven track record in owning and scaling partnership programs.
• Deep understanding of full-funnel strategy and the customer lifecycle.
• Proficiency with affiliate platforms, specifically Impact Radius.
• Expertise in negotiating diverse pricing models like CPA, CPM, and flat fees.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into actionable strategies.
