What you will do

• Drive clinical product development strategies across the care journey, ensuring efficacy and safety standards.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Provider Operations, Data Science, and Product teams to build improved clinical capabilities.
• Act as the clinical representative in AI product development, evaluating models for safety, accuracy, and fairness.
• Project manage complex initiatives, tracking clinical KPIs and ensuring milestones are met according to internal and client timelines.
• Design and implement human-in-the-loop systems, escalation protocols, and mitigation strategies for clinical AI products.
• Coordinate with data science to build reporting capabilities for tracking product effectiveness and clinical outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed mental health provider (LPC/LMHC, LSW, PhD/PsyD) with 5+ years of experience.
• 5+ years of cross-functional experience in high-growth startups or healthcare systems.
• Proven ability to engage product teams in building clinical care solutions.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional initiatives and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of AI systems, healthcare risks, and safety best practices.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret clinical data for decision-making.
