What you will do

• Develop and evolve the vision for the Care OnDemand service line.
• Serve as the clinical architect, designing and refining advanced care models.
• Provide direct patient care and manage clinical escalations as needed.
• Lead and manage clinical managers, including RNs, NPs, and other MDs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams like engineering, product, and marketing.
• Manage vendor and technology integrations to support service operations.

Requirements

• Board-certified physician (emergency, internal, or family medicine preferred).
• Minimum 5+ years of clinical practice experience.
• Proven experience leading and managing clinicians.
• Experience in building or scaling clinical programs.
• Understanding of how technology and AI shape modern care delivery.
• Experience with virtual care or Medicare populations is preferred.
