What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and scale a diverse team of clinical success directors, including MDs, NPs, PAs, and nurses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Product, Implementation, and Sales to ensure seamless enterprise adoption.
• Define and track team KPIs and goals that align with clinical and organizational success.
• Oversee the design of scalable clinical training programs and tailored change management plans.
• Serve as a strategic clinical voice to drive product feedback and improvements.
• Foster a mission-driven, performance-oriented team culture.

Requirements

• Clinical background required: MD, DO, PA, NP, or RN with direct documentation workflow experience.
• 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in people leadership.
• Deep understanding of clinical documentation workflows and provider adoption nuances.
• Proven track record managing enterprise-wide change management efforts.
• Must be based in or willing to work from office locations in New York, San Francisco, or Pittsburgh.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-growth health tech or startup environments.
• Direct experience with Epic or similar EMR documentation workflows.
