What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and scale a diverse team of clinical success directors, including MDs, NPs, PAs, and nurses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Product, Implementation, and Sales to ensure seamless enterprise adoption.
- Define and track team KPIs and goals that align with clinical and organizational success.
- Oversee the design of scalable clinical training programs and tailored change management plans.
- Serve as a strategic clinical voice to drive product feedback and improvements.
- Foster a mission-driven, performance-oriented team culture.
Requirements
- Clinical background required: MD, DO, PA, NP, or RN with direct documentation workflow experience.
- 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in people leadership.
- Deep understanding of clinical documentation workflows and provider adoption nuances.
- Proven track record managing enterprise-wide change management efforts.
- Must be based in or willing to work from office locations in New York, San Francisco, or Pittsburgh.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in high-growth health tech or startup environments.
- Direct experience with Epic or similar EMR documentation workflows.
