Salary: $200,000–$250,000 (OTE)

What you will do
- Own and manage a book of enterprise business, driving retention and expansion.
- Develop account strategies that align customer objectives with product value realization.
- Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and technical leaders.
- Act as the lead for account health, coordinating internal teams to resolve blockers.
- Execute proactive engagement cadences, including QBRs and executive reviews.
- Structure commercial terms that support long-term growth and business impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS enterprise account management.
- Proven ability to manage high-accountability enterprise accounts.
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences.
- Expertise in managing complex customer relationships and driving multi-product adoption.
- Must be able to work on-site in Santa Clara in a hybrid capacity.
