TL;DR

Location: Hybrid role based in Santa Clara

Salary: $200,000–$250,000 (OTE)

What you will do

  • Own and manage a book of enterprise business, driving retention and expansion.
  • Develop account strategies that align customer objectives with product value realization.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and technical leaders.
  • Act as the lead for account health, coordinating internal teams to resolve blockers.
  • Execute proactive engagement cadences, including QBRs and executive reviews.
  • Structure commercial terms that support long-term growth and business impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS enterprise account management.
  • Proven ability to manage high-accountability enterprise accounts.
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences.
  • Expertise in managing complex customer relationships and driving multi-product adoption.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Santa Clara in a hybrid capacity.

Nice to have

  • Experience within the HR tech or developer ecosystem.
  • Background in navigating cross-functional complexity within large organizations.
