Customer Account Executive (SaaS): Managing and expanding existing customer relationships for a developer-focused security platform with an accent on product-led growth (PLG) strategies and revenue retention. Location: Must be based in Denver, Colorado, US; hybrid role (3 days/week in-office).
Salary: $100,000–$125,000 USD (OTE).

What you will do
- Manage a dedicated portfolio of customers to drive upsells and ensure successful renewals.
- Educate clients on new feature releases and identify additional use cases for adoption.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to align on customer needs.
- Provide accurate weekly forecasting and deliver consistent revenue results.
- Create mutual action plans to guide customers through the evaluation and expansion process.
- Maintain a credible pipeline and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Requirements
- Must be based in Denver, CO and open to a hybrid office schedule (3 days/week).
- Up to 1 year of quota-carrying or closing experience in an AE or AM role.
- Experience selling technical products or developer tools in a product-led growth environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities at different stages simultaneously.
- Experience using pipeline management tools like Gong.
- Demonstrated experience presenting to senior leadership and executives.
