What you will do
- Define and execute business development strategies to drive high-quality sales leads for the Italian market.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients early in their decision-making journey.
- Conduct discovery calls to assess project needs, technical fit, and commercial readiness.
- Deliver tailored presentations to effectively position energy storage offerings and value propositions.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and manage opportunity progress within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Sales Directors and cross-functional teams to refine pricing and go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Energy, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management in the clean energy or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of the Italian energy market landscape and competitive dynamics.
- Fluency in Italian and English is required.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent CRM tools.
- Proven ability to independently manage the full cycle of early-stage opportunity development.
