What you will do

  • Conduct persistent outbound outreach via phone and email to targeted prospects.
  • Communicate the value proposition effectively to qualify leads and decision-makers.
  • Deliver against defined quotas for qualified sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to accelerate pipeline growth and close deals.
  • Utilize Salesforce for lead management, pipeline tracking, and sales forecasting.
  • Contribute to sales process optimization and participate in team training sessions.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of professional work experience.
  • Fluent in Spanish required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Resilience and self-accountability in achieving weekly activity goals.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and effectively handle objections.
  • Proficiency in research and identifying key decision-makers.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience as an SDR.
  • Background in hospitality, software, or direct sales.
