What you will do
- Conduct persistent outbound outreach via phone and email to targeted prospects.
- Communicate the value proposition effectively to qualify leads and decision-makers.
- Deliver against defined quotas for qualified sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to accelerate pipeline growth and close deals.
- Utilize Salesforce for lead management, pipeline tracking, and sales forecasting.
- Contribute to sales process optimization and participate in team training sessions.
Requirements
- 1+ years of professional work experience.
- Fluent in Spanish required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Resilience and self-accountability in achieving weekly activity goals.
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively handle objections.
- Proficiency in research and identifying key decision-makers.

- Background in hospitality, software, or direct sales.
