What you will do
- Identify and build targeted prospect lists to fuel outbound sales efforts.
- Execute high-volume cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify potential clients to ensure they are a strong fit before handing over to Account Executives.
- Book and manage high-quality product demos for the sales team.
- Maintain a clean, structured, and active pipeline within HubSpot.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and targeting strategies.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, outbound prospecting, or business development.
- Strong willingness to perform high-volume cold outreach, especially via phone.
- Ability to generate a sales pipeline independently rather than just managing inbound leads.
- Comfortable with daily outbound calls and handling rejection.
- Structured and disciplined approach to CRM management.
- Fluent in English required.
Nice to have
- Professional proficiency in Spanish.
- Prior experience in the short-term rental or hospitality industry.
- Previous experience working with HubSpot.
