Account Executive (SaaS): Driving revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle for our revenue management system with an accent on lead generation, solution-based selling, and relationship management. Focus on building a robust pipeline, delivering engaging product demonstrations, and effectively communicating value to short-term rental property owners and managers.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Own and drive the complete sales cycle from qualification to closing.
  • Conduct engaging and compelling product demonstrations for prospects.
  • Strategically build and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet growth targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead qualification and sales awareness.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with potential customers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B quota-carrying sales experience.
  • Native Italian and full professional English proficiency.
  • Proven track record of success in outbound sales and pipeline development.
  • Previous experience selling SaaS products.
  • Experience selling into European businesses.
  • Ability to work from the office in Barcelona, Spain.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the vacation rental industry.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Fluency in additional European languages.
