TL;DR

Partner Manager (France/BeNeLux): Scaling a partner-led go-to-market strategy for GRC software with an accent on enterprise advisory and audit firm relationships. Focus on building and managing an ecosystem to drive revenue, credibility, and long-term strategic alignment within the French and BeNeLux markets.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Paris (Hybrid)

Compensation: €90,000 OTE (80/20 base/commission split)

What you will do

  • Build and scale a strategic advisory and audit partner ecosystem for the France and BeNeLux region.
  • Establish executive-level relationships with partners, directors, and practice leads at advisory and audit firms.
  • Design and execute structured partner motions, from acquisition and onboarding to enablement and success.
  • Support complex enterprise deals by coordinating partners, sales teams, and commercial frameworks.
  • Deliver partner education regarding NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001, and GDPR compliance standards.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, governance metrics, and conduct regular Business Reviews.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or enterprise business development.
  • Native-level French and professional English proficiency are required.
  • Proven experience working with enterprise advisory or audit partners, ideally within Big-4 or equivalent firms.
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS, compliance, risk management, and regulatory buying centers.
  • Commercial mindset with a track record of driving and influencing revenue outcomes.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in direct sales (Account Executive roles).
  • Domain expertise in GRC, cybersecurity, or related regulated industries.
