TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (Sales): Managing complex strategic accounts and driving revenue growth for enterprise-scale performance management software with an accent on consultative sales and long-term relationship building. Focus on designing strategic sales plans, negotiating high-value contracts, and delivering data-driven business insights to financial sector clients.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Bois-Colombes, France. Hybrid role (8 days per month in office required).

What you will do

  • Manage and grow long-term relationships with key strategic clients.
  • Identify and secure significant new business opportunities within the finance sector.
  • Develop and execute tailored strategic sales plans and high-level proposals.
  • Lead cross-functional team coordination to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Negotiate high-value product and service terms with full autonomy.
  • Analyze client data to drive strategic decision-making and improve service quality.

Requirements

  • Fluent French and strong command of English required.
  • Must be able to work hybrid from the office in Bois-Colombes.
  • Extensive experience in managing strategic B2B accounts.
  • Advanced negotiation skills for high-value enterprise contracts.
  • Strong proficiency in business/financial principles and data-driven analysis.
  • Proven ability to influence high-level stakeholders through persuasive presentations.
