TL;DR

Manager, Incentives & Territory Analytics (Sales Operations): Owning the global framework for sales incentive plans and territory analytics with an accent on commercial strategy alignment, incentive design, and performance modeling. Focus on delivering accurate compensation administration, managing territory quotas, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Finance, and HR.

Location: In-Office (4 days in office) in Amsterdam (Netherlands), Arlington (VA, USA), Alpharetta (GA, USA), Mountain View (CA, USA), or Berlin (Germany).

What you will do

  • Design and evolve Sales Incentive Plans (SIPs) in partnership with Sales leadership and HR.
  • Perform scenario modeling and back-testing to inform management decisions on incentive structures.
  • Analyze territories, quotas, and attainment to identify market opportunities and performance gaps.
  • Manage end-to-end incentive operations including calculation, payroll submission, and audit trails.
  • Communicate plan changes, payout details, and performance metrics to field teams and leadership.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and HR to ensure incentive compliance and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales incentives, compensation, or sales operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • High proficiency in Excel and strong overall analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data and plan rules into clear communications for stakeholders.
  • Understanding of incentive design principles, quota concepts, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work on-site 4 days per week at one of the designated global offices.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
