TL;DR

Salary: £50,000–£60,000 (UK) or €50,000–€60,000 (Netherlands).

What you will do

  • Define and own the end-to-end partner operating model and lifecycle.
  • Maintain a single source of truth for partner data in Salesforce.
  • Drive standardization of key partner processes and build automation tools.
  • Support operationalization of partner economics.
  • Act as the primary cross-functional link to ensure a unified partner experience.
  • Manage and evolve partner performance management reporting.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Partner Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations.
  • Must have legal eligibility to work in the UK or the Netherlands.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce reporting, data structure, and data hygiene.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to design scalable processes and partner structures.
  • Solid understanding of partner ecosystems.

Nice to have

  • Experience implementing PRM systems, CPQ, or partner portals.
  • Background in fast-growth SaaS scale-ups.
  • Experience managing partner programs or commercial incentive models.
