What you will do
- Define and own the end-to-end partner operating model and lifecycle.
- Maintain a single source of truth for partner data in Salesforce.
- Drive standardization of key partner processes and build automation tools.
- Support operationalization of partner economics.
- Act as the primary cross-functional link to ensure a unified partner experience.
- Manage and evolve partner performance management reporting.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Partner Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations.
- Must have legal eligibility to work in the UK or the Netherlands.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce reporting, data structure, and data hygiene.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to design scalable processes and partner structures.
- Solid understanding of partner ecosystems.
Nice to have
- Experience implementing PRM systems, CPQ, or partner portals.
- Background in fast-growth SaaS scale-ups.
- Experience managing partner programs or commercial incentive models.
