What you will do
- Partner with the EMEA Sales management team to drive strategic initiatives and standardize processes.
- Develop and launch new tools for sales and business development teams.
- Analyze sales metrics and historical data to identify trends and improve performance.
- Support annual planning processes, including territory definition and target calculation.
- Prepare materials for sales management meetings, including pipeline management and forecast analysis.
- Drive cross-functional projects across Revenue Intelligence, Marketing, Finance, and IT.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a technology company (SaaS preferred) or strategy/tech consulting.
- Expertise in Salesforce and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik).
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Strong project management skills and proficiency with tools like Jira, Trello, or Confluence.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to structure issues and generate quantitative insights.
- Fluent English proficiency required.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- Experience in managing complex organizational change and process optimization.
