What you will do

  • Manage enterprise territory sales cycles within the DACH region and Europe.
  • Identify, engage, and develop deep relationships with potential prospects.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery calls, strategic product demonstrations, and presentations.
  • Educate prospective clients on maximizing operational efficiency and revenue growth through AI solutions.
  • Demonstrate platform value and ROI using a consultative selling methodology.
  • Execute strategic outbound programs to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise-level closing sales roles.
  • Full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record.
  • Fluency in both Polish and English required.
  • Professional proficiency in German is expected for the DACH territory.
  • Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong consultative selling and high-level presentation skills.
