What you will do
- Manage enterprise territory sales cycles within the DACH region and Europe.
- Identify, engage, and develop deep relationships with potential prospects.
- Conduct in-depth discovery calls, strategic product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Educate prospective clients on maximizing operational efficiency and revenue growth through AI solutions.
- Demonstrate platform value and ROI using a consultative selling methodology.
- Execute strategic outbound programs to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise-level closing sales roles.
- Full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record.
- Fluency in both Polish and English required.
- Professional proficiency in German is expected for the DACH territory.
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong consultative selling and high-level presentation skills.
