What you will do
- Manage an enterprise territory in Europe with a Central European focus.
- Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline of potential prospects.
- Conduct in-depth discovery calls, platform presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Educate prospects on efficiency gains and revenue growth through AI integration.
- Demonstrate clear ROI through a consultative, value-based selling approach.
- Build pipeline through strategic outbound programs and deep product expertise.
Requirements
- 7+ years of closing sales experience targeting large enterprises.
- Proven track record in full cycle B2B SaaS sales.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English.
- Consistent history of meeting or exceeding assigned sales quotas.
- Strong consultative and presentation skills for both virtual and in-person environments.
