What you will do
- Analyze prospect pain points to identify how our solutions solve their business challenges.
- Execute multi-channel prospecting using cold calling, email, social selling, and video messaging.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine and implement effective outreach strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of all activities and interactions within the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed quarterly goals for generating qualified business opportunities.
- Provide actionable market feedback to marketing and product teams based on customer insights.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- High degree of resilience and a growth mindset to handle cold outreach.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prospecting channels.
- Ability to be coachable and implement constructive feedback effectively.
- Must be based in Warsaw, Poland and able to work in a hybrid format.
- A-player mindset with a strong drive to develop as a sales professional.
Nice to have
- 1+ year of B2B SaaS experience in an SDR role.
- Experience with sales tools like Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Loom.
- Knowledge of ecommerce industry trends and metrics.
- Proficiency in an additional language.
