What you will do

  • Lead and coach a team of Account Executives to drive outbound prospecting and close complex enterprise deals.
  • Develop and execute regional strategies to break into high-value accounts within the fintech and regulatory ecosystems.
  • Embed sales rigour through MEDDPICC and Value-Based Selling methodologies.
  • Provide real-time feedback through call coaching, pipeline reviews, and deal strategy sessions.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional Proof-of-Concept motions and buying experiences.
  • Hire, onboard, and retain high-performing sales talent while fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of sales leadership experience managing quota-carrying Account Executives in a high-growth environment.
  • Proven track record of B2B SaaS enterprise sales and new business acquisition.
  • Expertise in MEDDIC/MEDDPICC and Value Selling frameworks.
  • Strong interest or experience in digital assets and crypto-compliance.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and scale regional operations efficiently.
  • Curiosity about emerging technologies, including AI, and their application to business workflows.

Nice to have

  • Professional experience in the Web3 sector.
