What you will do

  • Ensure a best-in-class, memorable experience for all candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, kick-off meetings, and debrief sessions.
  • Proactively source talent through LinkedIn, job boards, and professional communities.
  • Manage pre-employment processes, including reference checks, contract generation, and background screening.
  • Assist in tracking recruiting metrics and organizing recruitment events.
  • Drive process improvements and support employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience in scheduling, coordination, or a related administrative field.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with candidates and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
