Location: On-site in London (5 days/week)

Salary: £50,000 base + £15,000 OTE (£65,000 total)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycles, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers and the Global Head of Talent to build high-performing teams across various functions.
• Utilize AI tooling and data analytics to optimize pipeline performance and hiring strategies.
• Engage with candidates globally, maintaining a high standard of candidate experience.
• Coordinate recruitment activities across multiple time zones.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in in-house recruitment or agency account management.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong preference for bilingual skills: Spanish, French, or Italian.
• Proven track record in active sourcing and building diverse talent pipelines.
• Experience managing multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in London and able to work on-site 5 days per week.
