What you will do
- Manage and expand a portfolio of existing key merchant accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct strategic account planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and client product training.
- Partner with Sales and Product teams to align client needs with feature development.
- Maintain and improve CRM systems, client health metrics, and standardized reporting workflows.
- Monitor and report on merchant churn, revenue retention, and overall client satisfaction.
- Represent the customer voice internally to identify and act on cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Requirements
- Must have 3+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success in Payments or FinTech.
- Experience working in high-growth, scale-up environments.
- Strong ability to manage multiple high-priority accounts and interact with executive-level stakeholders.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
- Must be authorized to work and reside in the US.
Nice to have
- Experience with crypto, cross-border, or multi-currency payment products.
- Familiarity with client health scoring tools and BI/reporting dashboards.
- Background supporting technical teams during integrations.
