What you will do

• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Collaborate closely with BDR and GTM teams to drive pipeline growth.
• Represent the company at regional industry events.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and key customers.
• Execute strategic prospecting, territory management, and account planning.
• Manage and update sales activity within the CRM.

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Enterprise SaaS sales experience within financial services, blockchain, or fintech.
• Proven track record of over-achievement in complex enterprise sales positions.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a relentless focus on prospecting and qualifying new opportunities.
• Must be based in Mexico City, Mexico.

• Experience formalizing and supporting co-sell motions with technology partners.
