About the Role

You will own and grow the commercial footprint in Latin America. You will build and manage a sales pipeline from prospecting to activation, establish and run distribution and channel partnerships, define and track KPIs, and hire and lead regional commercial teams. You will gather and share market and client feedback to influence product and GTM plans, and coordinate with marketing, compliance and operations to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales in payments, fintech, or related industries
  • Interest in crypto payments, stablecoins, and cross-border finance
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to wear multiple hats
  • Proven ability to drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Strong sales and communications skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent leadership, team-building, and management skills
  • Fluent in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand presence and market share in Latam
  • Design, implement, and refine the sales process and playbook for repeatability and scale
  • Identify, engage, and acquire new clients and maintain a strong pipeline from prospecting to activation
  • Establish and manage strategic distribution, channel, and commercial partnerships
  • Gather, analyze, and share client and market feedback with product, growth, and leadership teams
  • Define, monitor, and report on KPIs to measure sales, partnerships, and commercial performance
  • Collaborate with Expansion and Growth teams to co-create and execute GTM plans and regional campaigns
  • Hire, train, and manage commercial and sales teams across the region
  • Coordinate with marketing, compliance, and operations to align regional priorities and ensure execution
