What you will do

• Identify, evaluate, and close strategic providers to strengthen the global payments infrastructure.
• Own the full RFP lifecycle, including vendor selection, requirements, and internal decision memos.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing structures, and operational SLAs with global partners.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure successful integration and launch readiness.
• Monitor partner performance, reliability, and unit economics to drive continuous improvement.
• Represent the company externally at industry events and strategic forums.

Requirements

• Proven experience across US, EU, and LATAM payments and financial ecosystems.
• Strong expertise in end-to-end partnership management and commercial negotiation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence senior leadership.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) required.
• Ability to operate with high ownership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Deep expertise with US and global payments providers such as Bridge or BVNK.
