What you will do

• Define the long-term technical roadmap, architecture, and standards for the Platform team to ensure high scale and resiliency.
• Maintain a hands-on leadership approach, contributing to critical design reviews and setting high coding standards.
• Oversee the design and delivery of complex distributed systems supporting massive transaction volumes.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering organization, attracting top-tier senior and principal engineers.
• Collaborate with customers to gather feedback and align technical needs with platform performance and security requirements.
• Drive the adoption of modern technologies, including AI models, to enhance platform efficiency and feature development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering management experience in time-sensitive environments.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in backend development and architecture.
• Expertise in scaling distributed systems to support millions of users.
• Deep professional background in Crypto, Web3, Financial Services, or high-security authentication platforms.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and AWS infrastructure.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
