What you will do

• Drive operational excellence, process improvement, and performance management within the team.
• Take ownership of the quality, timeliness, and technical direction of distributed systems and infrastructure.
• Recruit and develop exceptional engineering talent to support the company's mission.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing, mentoring, and growing geographically distributed teams.
• Substantial professional experience building complex, scalable distributed systems.
• Strong computer science fundamentals including concurrency, algorithms, and data structures.
• Dedication to code quality, test infrastructure, and building long-term sustainable services.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing technical ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Professional experience with Go, Rust, TypeScript, or Solidity.
• Deep knowledge of applied cryptography, optimistic rollups, or zero-knowledge tech.
