TL;DR

Sales Director (Web3): Driving enterprise revenue growth within the crypto-native and trading sector with an accent on strategic territory planning and managing complex sales cycles. Focus on building high-value institutional relationships, collaborating with GTM teams, and scaling the adoption of enterprise-grade digital asset infrastructure.

Location: Must be based in the office in New York

Salary: $120,000–$157,500

What you will do

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Partner with BDRs, Sales Engineers, and GTM teams to identify and convert opportunities.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive territory and account plans.
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with enterprise prospects and customers.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle and maintain accurate CRM data.

Requirements

  • 5 years of Enterprise SaaS or institutional sales experience.
  • Experience selling into Crypto Native or trading companies.
  • Proven track record of success in closing complex deals.
  • Deep passion for blockchain technology and cryptocurrency.
  • Strong entrepreneurial and proactive approach to business development.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-selling environment.

Nice to have

  • Background in financial services, cybersecurity, or cryptocurrency industries.
  • Experience supporting co-sell motions with technology partners.
