What you will do
- Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Senior Account Executives.
- Orchestrate complex, $1M+ enterprise sales cycles across Fortune 500 organizations.
- Develop and execute account strategies that align with customer business goals.
- Collaborate with GTM, Product, and Marketing leadership to refine enterprise sales strategy.
- Act as a strategic advisor and executive sponsor for key customer relationships.
- Drive pipeline health through consistent coaching and performance management.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Proven track record of closing complex, $1M+ enterprise deals with large-scale organizations.
- Extensive experience in enterprise SaaS sales leadership and team development.
- Deep understanding of the U.S. enterprise landscape and buying environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level engagement.
- Ability to travel 25-50% as required by the business.
