TL;DR

Salary: $180,000 - $200,000 USD (plus commission)

What you will do

  • Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Senior Account Executives.
  • Orchestrate complex, $1M+ enterprise sales cycles across Fortune 500 organizations.
  • Develop and execute account strategies that align with customer business goals.
  • Collaborate with GTM, Product, and Marketing leadership to refine enterprise sales strategy.
  • Act as a strategic advisor and executive sponsor for key customer relationships.
  • Drive pipeline health through consistent coaching and performance management.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Proven track record of closing complex, $1M+ enterprise deals with large-scale organizations.
  • Extensive experience in enterprise SaaS sales leadership and team development.
  • Deep understanding of the U.S. enterprise landscape and buying environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level engagement.
  • Ability to travel 25-50% as required by the business.

  • Experience selling cloud-native or mission-critical software platforms.
  • Expertise in value-based, consultative selling methodologies.
  • Curiosity and practical experience with AI tools in a professional setting.
