What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from initial lead generation through to closing high-value deals.
- Lead sales calls, conduct impactful product demos, and nurture enterprise-level prospect relationships.
- Develop and refine repeatable sales playbooks, processes, and systems for the GTM function.
- Deepen expertise in blockchain infrastructure to guide prospects through complex decision-making processes.
- Collaborate across product, marketing, and customer success teams to progress deals and inform the company roadmap.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US to align with core operations.
- Minimum 2 years of experience selling infrastructure services or products to institutional or enterprise clients.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in a quota-carrying, B2B SaaS environment.
- Ability to thrive in a high-ambiguity, early-stage startup setting.
- Strong interest in crypto as an emergent technology with the ability to stay updated on market trends.
Nice to have
- Experience in a BD or sales role specifically within the crypto or Web3 industry.
- Deep existing knowledge of the crypto ecosystem and clear understanding of infrastructure value propositions.
