TL;DR

Account Executive (Web3): Driving the institutional go-to-market strategy for blockchain infrastructure by identifying, qualifying, and closing enterprise sales opportunities. Focus on building repeatable sales processes, playbooks, and systems while managing complex sales cycles in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Must be based in the US (Remote-first with optional hybrid in San Francisco or New York City).

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from initial lead generation through to closing high-value deals.
  • Lead sales calls, conduct impactful product demos, and nurture enterprise-level prospect relationships.
  • Develop and refine repeatable sales playbooks, processes, and systems for the GTM function.
  • Deepen expertise in blockchain infrastructure to guide prospects through complex decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate across product, marketing, and customer success teams to progress deals and inform the company roadmap.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US to align with core operations.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience selling infrastructure services or products to institutional or enterprise clients.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in a quota-carrying, B2B SaaS environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-ambiguity, early-stage startup setting.
  • Strong interest in crypto as an emergent technology with the ability to stay updated on market trends.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a BD or sales role specifically within the crypto or Web3 industry.
  • Deep existing knowledge of the crypto ecosystem and clear understanding of infrastructure value propositions.
